HME Civil Engineering Ltd is a specialist civil engineering consultancy business, based in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire and serving clients across the North West. We provide professional design, advisory, and project delivery services to domestic, commercial, and public sector clients.
Founded by Henry Emsley CEng MICE, a Chartered Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience across the built environment including highways, rail, housing and infrastructure projects, we combine technical expertise with practical on-site knowledge.
Our consultancy work spans structural, geotechnical, environmental, highways, drainage, utilities and regulatory support. We also offer project management and health and safety support.
